Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and subscription services available through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

App Store Terms

Your use of our app is also governed by Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately

Subscription Services

Available Subscriptions

We offer various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and services. Current subscription options and pricing are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Pro Plan Subscriptions

Pro Monthly Plan: $4.99/month with 500 monthly credits
Pro Yearly Plan: $49.99/year with 6,000 credits allocated annually

One-Time Credit Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, we offer one-time credit packages for pay-per-use features:

Single Credit Pack: $1.99 for 10 credits (ideal for trying out features)
Credit Pack: $9.90 for 1,000 credits (best value for regular users)

Subscription Terms

Billing: All subscriptions are billed through Stripe's secure payment processing
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice
Free Trials: Free trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

Credits System

Subscription Credits: Pro plan credits are allocated monthly and expire at the end of each billing period
Purchased Credits: Credits from one-time purchases do not expire and remain in your account
Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when you use premium features such as AI-powered image generation
Credit Balance: You can view your current credit balance in your account dashboard
Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or redeemed for cash

Managing Subscriptions

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal
Downgrades: Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle
Upgrades: Subscription upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
Access: You retain access to premium features and unused purchased credits until the end of your billing period after cancellation

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption and do not store your complete payment card information. Payment issues should be directed to our support team or Stripe Support.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
One-time credit purchases
Unused credits or features
Partial billing periods

Rationale

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access provided upon purchase:

Subscription credits are allocated immediately upon payment
One-time credit purchases are instantly added to your account
Premium features become accessible immediately
Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed

Cancellation Rights

While we do not provide refunds, you have the following rights:

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time
No Penalty: No cancellation fees are charged
Access Until Period End: You retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
Automatic Stop: Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
Keep Purchased Credits: Any credits purchased separately remain in your account even after subscription cancellation

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Error: If you were charged due to a technical error on our part
Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)
Service Failure: If we are unable to provide the service you paid for due to our fault

To request an exception, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge with detailed information. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension
We will provide transaction documentation to your payment provider to contest invalid chargebacks
Accounts with successful chargebacks may be permanently banned from our services
You remain responsible for any fees or costs incurred in resolving disputes

Free Trial Cancellation

If you cancel during a free trial period:

You will not be charged
Your access to premium features will end immediately or at the trial end date
No refund is necessary as no payment was made

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use our app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems or bots to access the app
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate others or create fake accounts

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Our app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, and user interface, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you create using our app. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account and stop using our services at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through the App Store.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

Violation of these Terms
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Technical or security reasons

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to premium features will cease
Your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period
Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination
